About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Specialist– Digital Learning & Administration as part of the P&O Team with a strong background in learning administration and digital content creation. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning experiences across Husqvarna Group. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and education. Our organization keeps evolving, so we are looking for people who don’t fear frequent changes and who are open to learn and perform activities from different HR areas, not always being your scope of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize HR and Learning Systems, including Cornerstone (EdCast), Workday and Service Now, to provide solutions and track business requests and queries.
- Upload and manage e-learning content, SCORM packages, and training materials in the LMS.
- Design and develop engaging learning content using authoring tools (e.g.,Sana).
- Create and edit multimedia learning assets including videos, animations, and interactive modules using tools like Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into accessible, learner-friendly formats.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs.
- Manage training logistics, and ensuring smooth coordination of both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Communicate with learning owners, trainers, and participants via email, chat, MS Teams, or ticketing system.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data entry for training completion, evaluations, and participation.
- Create and maintain internal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal learning governance.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in learning administration or instructional design.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
- Experience with Service Now environment or other case management system.
- Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools and video editing software.
- Fluency in English; Polish or other European languages are a plus.
- At least two years of experience working in a shared services organization.
- Self-accountability in daily activities.
- Tech-savviness.
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative.
- A keen eye for process and quality improvement.
- Nice to have: Good knowledge of HR Systems (preferred system: Workday).
