Administration & Payroll Junior Specialist (fixed term)Job Description
As a Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist you will be responsible for providing HR administrative services to our employees in Poland including answering employees queries via HR request or chat related to terms & conditions of employment, company benefits, and HR processes.
In this role you will:
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes – such as hiring, terminations, and time management.
Create and maintain documents, records and data in compliance with procedures and standards.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes align with global guidelines and labor law
Respond to employee queries related to terms and conditions of employment, company benefits, and HR processes via HR request, chat, or phone.
You're the right fit if:
You are fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English .
You have previous experience in HR, Admin&Payroll and basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law
You have strong prioritization and organizational skills.
You demonstrate personal integrity when handling confidential information.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
