You are an experienced data and analytics professional with a proven track record in consulting, presales, and project delivery. You have strong technical expertise combined with excellent client-facing skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business value.

How you fit in
Presales Activities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Demonstrate the value of our data and AI services through technical expertise and business insight
- Support the sales process with technical solution design and proposal development
Advisory & Strategic Consulting
- Provide expert advice on data and AI strategies, helping clients leverage technology for business growth
- Assess client data landscapes and recommend optimal platform solutions
- Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives
Project Management & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Oversee execution of Data and AI projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards
- Manage project risks and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
Client Relationship Management
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional engagements
- Foster long-term client partnerships by addressing business challenges and managing engagement risks
We expect you to have
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in Data and AI Consulting with strong track record in presales, advisory, and project delivery
- Hands-on experience in Data & Analytics implementations
- Experience in capability management and delivery quality assurance
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of data engineering challenges and data platform design
- Experience working with Microsoft, Databricks, or Snowflake technology stacks
- Relevant professional certifications in chosen technology areas
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Open-minded, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies
Compensation
B2B Contract | 18,000 - 28,000 PLN net monthly
