About the role:
With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world we need a smart specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company. We are looking for a PTP Accounting Specialist for one of our PTP Teams to support Polish customers.
You will be performing Accounts Payable (PTP) activities - you will be invoicing and preparing basic reports, performing financial AP activities for given entities. With an excellent eye for detail, willingness to learn and positive attitude, we are convinced that you will be a great addition to our team.
This role is offered as a fixed-term contract, running through to the end of December 2025.
In detail you will:
Process efficiently AP incoming documents
Resolve AP processing related issues
Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with monthly closing activities
Actively support other AP processes when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
University degree in Finance/Accounting or any related
Very good level of English-min B2
MS Office applications practical knowledge
Previous experience in accounting will be an asset (1 year)
Analytical skills
Detail-oriented, accurate, communicative & a helpful team player
