Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In the Power Protection business at ABB, we sell UPS products and offer a wide variety of services on them. The Installed Base Manager and the rest of the Power Protection team now need your help with the range of Installed Base Management and Project tasks, including development and optimization. You will work closely with the Installed Base Manager and the Implementation Manager of Salesforce and FSL to ensure the proper Installed Base data usage by Salesforce application, where monetization of Installed Base happens. The team is highly functional and eager to listen to your input and ideas, especially regarding how we can work smarter and in a more automized way.
Your responsibilities:
- Contact with factories and local service units around the world to gather Installed Base data.
- Analyze gathered data and prepare for mass data uploads to ABB’s Installed Base Management application called ServIS.
- Support with monitoring and improving the Installed Base data quality by using PowerBI dashboards.
- Analyze the data flow between ServIS and Salesforce to improve our sales and service sales strategies.
- Automize the translation process of Work Reports into ServIS and Service Contracts into Salesforce.
- Prepare UAT (testing) for business implementation of Salesforce objects for countries in the project scope.
Qualifications for the role:
- Currently pursuing a higher education, preferably in your second year or later, in fields such as Data Analysis, Computer Science or similar.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) and motivation to develop your skills in PowerBI.
- Knowledge of VBA programming language is a plus.
- Analytical mind, liking to work with data.
- Self-organization and time management skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken – the organization is international.

Our Power Protection team is international; its’ headquarter resides in Switzerland. We will, of course, consider your schedule, exam periods, and other peak times. At the beginning we expect you to be in the Cracow office to receive the best possible training.
