Junior Data Monitoring Specialist

As a Data Monitoring Specialist, you are at the forefront of delivering an important service experience to our global customers in the financial services industry. As a member of a team based in Poland, Switzerland and Singapore, you ensure efficient, transparent, and accurate market data delivery by tracking incoming data feeds from various exchanges and contributors, and by validating data through the cleanup of any anomalies. In this central role, you work hand in hand with your colleagues across time zones to support our services 24/5. Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and clients, is essential.
What You Will Do
- monitor data feeds from various exchanges and contributors, include quality management and processing for both existing and future sources
- quickly identify potential issues using various tools and analyses, and escalate them to the appropriate teams
- detect data anomalies, validate them, and determine suitable follow-up actions
- prevent, manage, and follow up on critical data production issues, as well as oversee software and hardware changes that may impact our services
- collaborate closely with the IT department, relevant internal and external partners, and team members across time zones to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You Bring
- professional background in banking and/or IT services, with knowledge of financial instruments and/or incident management
- experience in data production and processing, with an understanding of its impact on end customers
- strong customer and service orientation, combined with a structured, precise, fast, and responsible working style
- a collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys building sustainable relationships across departments and with stakeholders
- excellent written and spoken English (B2/C1 level); proficiency in German is a strong advantage
