The position
Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Data Protection & Contracting Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department. You should be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities as further specified in this plan.
You will be able to support our Data Protection & Contracting Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.
The start date of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are working in a hybrid work model at our office in Wrocław.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Review and negotiating the Non Disclosure Agreements
- Analysis, review, negotiating and administrative support related to agreements from the data protection area
- Conducting reviews and supporting stakeholders in the registration of processing activities procedure
- General administration of the documents
About our future Intern
You should speak English fluently (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Graduates or students interested in the field of Compliance/Law
- Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
- Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
- Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus, but not a prerequisite
- Knowledge of MS Office
- German-speakers are welcome!
