You will support the country leader, leadership team and HR partners, working with different stakeholders from other functions and businesses also including an international environment.

- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Working hours: 20 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
- Working model: hybrid
- Providing systematic admin support to the country leader and HR team
- Organizing and maintaining records: responsible for keeping track of important documents, files, and databases.
- Supporting team meetings: prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Collecting and analyzing data: help to gather data from various sources, analyze it using statistical tools, and identify trends and insights.
- Creating reports and presentations; responsible for summarizing data findings in reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs): track and analyze KPIs to assess the performance of business units or projects.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders: help with drafting emails, preparing presentations, and facilitating communication between different teams or departments.
Required Knowledge:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business or a related field (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing records and supporting meetings
Would be a plus:
- Interest or experience in administrative support, project coordination, or HR-related tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Ability to create clear, structured reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including drafting emails and preparing presentation materials
