Ecolab is seeking an HR Operations/Data Analyst Intern to support our team in managing day-to-day commitments and contribute to our HR initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the field, providing essential support to help streamline HR processes and enhance data management.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in data management and analysis to support effective HR operations.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to compile, manipulate, and analyse data for reporting and insights.
- Collaborate within the HR Teams on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Explore and implement AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency in HR processes.
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and reports.
- Develop an understanding of HR processes and contribute to the enhancement of these processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with other data management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in HR processes and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
