Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team to assist us with recruitment and internal HR and admin tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing & screening candidates;
- Preparing job descriptions & job board advertising;
- Building and developing talent pools of qualified candidates;
- Cooperating with managers to adapt to their recruitment needs and requirements;
- Providing the best candidate experience;
- Supporting in other HR and admin daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Availability of at least 35 hours per week;
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques;
- English (min. B2+/C1);
- Polish (min. C1);
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactiveness, assertiveness and great attention detail;
- Interest in HR and willingness to develop in this field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with direct search (including LinkedIn);
- Student status.
