We're building an HR function with a truly international mindset, and we're looking for a talented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join XTM in our new Poznań office (hybrid work model).
In this key role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our teams, aligning People & Culture initiatives with our broader business objectives. You'll play a vital part in driving performance, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that our people strategies support our continued growth and success.

Requirements
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will provide commercially driven, pragmatic generalist and specialist HR expertise to support the delivery of sustainable, high-performing business outcomes. Your contribution will be instrumental in advancing best practices across XTM through targeted people initiatives, including:
- Leading and guiding organisational and cultural transformation
- Addressing employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Driving reward, recognition, and performance frameworks
- Facilitating strategic learning and development initiatives
You will coach and advise managers to enhance individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with XTM’s strategic objectives and values. In your role, you will act as a key driver of HR strategy implementation, balancing commercial priorities with employee engagement and compliance.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects that support the development and execution of HR policies, plans, and procedures—delivering tangible value across the organisation
- Collaborate closely with HR professionals based in Greece and the United Kingdom to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery across regions.
- Support the execution of critical HR processes, including annual pay and bonus reviews.
- Produce and analyse HR data and reporting to inform decision-making for both HR and business leadership.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities, including interviews and assessment centres.
- Partner with managers and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Maintain, review, and update company HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with industry best practice.

- Demonstrated experience in coaching and supporting managers across the full spectrum of HR disciplines
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organisation
- Resilience, discretion, and professionalism in managing complex and sensitive issues
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Experience working within international or multi-regional HR teams
