Job Description
- Develop and implement an automation strategy across core HR processes:
- Recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, internal requests, adaptation, offboarding, etc.
- Optimize internal HR workflows using RPA, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code tools
- Select, implement, and customize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, TMS)
- Research and integrate AI-based solutions for:
- Analytics, budgeting, workload planning, and forecasting
- Build a scalable and user-friendly HR tech architecture:
- Integrations, automated flows, and centralized data
- Test and launch MVPs based on HR team needs and iterate quickly
• Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processes
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR Tech / HR Automation / HR Operations
- Proven track record in implementing and optimizing HR systems such as:
- Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Deel, Rippling, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with no-code tools:
- Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, Slack workflows, etc.
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience working with or implementing AI/ML-based tools
- Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle — from hiring to compensation
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Experience customizing HRIS / ATS / LMS systems
- Implementation of chatbots or digital assistants for employee support
- Experience building centralized dashboards using AI or BI tools
- Involvement in automated budgeting and headcount planning
