Global Talent Sourcer
The ABB Talent Acquisition Team is looking for two skilled Global Talent Sourcers to identify, attract and engage with experienced professionals across our global business.
In these key roles, you will partner directly with HR leaders, Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to attract best-in-class talent across functions and geographies, ensuring ABB continues to build an impactful, diverse, and future-ready workforce.
Both roles will report to the Global Head of Executive Search and Talent Sourcing.
Work model: These roles will preferably be based in Europe or India, in proximity to an ABB Office, and will follow a hybrid work model – subject to alignment with local employment regulations. #LI-hybrid
Your role and responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners, providing insights and guidance on experienced hire sourcing.
Manage proactive identification, engagement and short-listing for experienced-level roles across multiple regions and business areas.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates, with a focus on passive talent.
Conduct talent mapping and benchmarking to analyze the external talent market, evaluating companies, skills, and geographic trends to inform hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless recruitment process.
Engage with ABB’s Global Sourcing Community of Practice, contributing to the exchange of best practices, market insights, and the latest trends in sourcing across regions and business areas.
Qualifications for the role
5+ years of sourcing experience developed within search firms and/or global multinational organizations.
Demonstrated ability in sourcing experienced profiles in complex, matrixed, and global organizations ideally within high-tech or industrial sectors.
Broad sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement, market research, and talent intelligence.
Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions, geographies, and business units.
Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trust at all levels.
Experience working in an agile, metrics-driven environment with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Extensive experience with global recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
