Job Description
Join our Global HR Team at Rockwell Automation.
You will report to Manager, HR Information System
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all security administration work in Workday including account creation, troubleshooting of user access issues, recommendations for role maintenance process improvement, assignment and removal of roles to individuals in the company based on need while ensuring agreement to all internal controls procedures
- Execute periodic audits related to Workday security to ensure procedures are followed
- You will be responsible for all translation configuration work in Workday including completing translation configuration per ad-hoc requests, collaborating with company translation vendor to provide translation support
- Provide support related to company tools used for company recognition Bravo such as answering ad-hoc questions, preparing reports, validation data, preparing tax and payment files. Sometimes need to collaborate with Bravo service provider on issues and escalations.
- Document process and project requirements and creates governance documentation.
- May be assigned to manage limited scope projects related to supported systems or decommissioning other systems/tools within responsibilities with guidance from other team members/manager.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 3 years of related experience, with at least half of that time supporting in Workday as back office administrator/end-user support
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Technology or related field
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Familiarity with HR business processes and HR concepts
- Experience in internal customer support
- Experience in project work and managing projects
- Share knowledge with others, prepare training materials and presentations
- Creativity and initiative in suggesting solutions
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
