Your team
You’ll be managing the regional team – Client Onboarding Engagement Team whose role is to understand the ask from Clients, act as single point of contact, build relationship with the clients’ to smoothly execute client onboarding – gather required documentation from the client to enable onboarding. You will work with closely with Client Onboarding Business Management to understand the ask and priorities, with Onboarding Fulfillment team to smoothly execute onboarding across multiple systems and Approval team to ensure compliance. You will be primary face off to the clients’ and business when it comes to onboarding requirements against business deadlines.
Your team will be part of wider IB Onboarding organization focusing on bringing together unique skillset to drive powerful capabilities for our clients.
Your expertise
• Experienced leader working with teams. Min + 10 years of experience of working in the onboarding space managing large teams
• Deep understanding of the financial market, clients, their types and vendors utilized in the market
• Proven record of working with the clients’ and optimize processes based on the client’s feedback while ensuring compliance
• Proven track record of delivering scale for operational teams
• Deep understanding of AML and regulatory requirements related to onboarding clients for your region
• Strong understanding of technology and vendors used in the space to maximize straight through processing.
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skillset
• A solution-oriented mindset to increase throughput and reduce time to market
