Digital Transformation Team Lead

Your responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers and analysts
- Act as Product Owner within a Scrum team, managing the backlog and priorities
- Plan and oversee digital transformation projects from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and define solutions
- Design and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance of all delivered solutions
- Drive innovation and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Our requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong project and team management skills, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience acting as a Product Owner or similar role
- Ability to analyse and optimise business processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Optional:
- Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-600)
- Experience working in international or cross-functional teams
