Devops engineer for Test Automation Platform

Audit and optimize the current logging pipeline (ELK stack); improve delivery and storage of logs

Set up and maintain a robust monitoring infrastructure using Prometheus and Grafana

Migrate deployment from AWS Elastic Beanstalk to a more stable and scalable alternative (e.g., ECS, EKS)

Manage and optimize AWS RDS database performance and reliability

Automate deployment processes to physical automotive hardware (ECUs)

Analyze and optimize AWS resource usage and monthly cost

Introduce Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform planned; Ansible currently in use)

Maintain and improve existing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)

Ensure reliability and visibility across both cloud and hardware infrastructure

Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Elastic Beanstalk)

CI/CD: Jenkins

Containers: Docker (Kubernetes adoption planned)

IaC: Ansible (Terraform planned)

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a DevOps / SRE

Experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, Helm, networking)

Hands-on experience with AWS services including RDS, EC2, IAM, VPC, and ideally EB

Proficiency with Docker and container lifecycle management

Experience with logging/monitoring systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)

Solid knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD

Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible and/or Terraform)

Linux and networking fundamentals

English level B2 or higher (written & spoken)

Experience working with physical hardware, especially:

Automotive devices (ECUs, test rigs, etc.)

Embedded or Android-based systems

Knowledge of secure provisioning and remote access automation
