The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Delivery Operations Coordinator to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial health metrics at a global level.
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Track progress and manage delivery management office (DMO) initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate governance processes related to delivery management portfolios.
- Standardize and unify processes including key delivery statuses, pool allocation tracking, and escalation management.
- Coordinate and align DM, PM, and PC resources with the global organizational framework to optimize workforce utilization and project delivery.
- Manage tactical analytics using PowerBI, including maintenance of data sources to provide accurate and timely reports.
- Support tactical analytics in the ERP.
- Act as the bridge to the staffing organization to enable proactive staffing approaches, ensuring resource availability meets delivery demand.
- Lead and track additional DMO initiatives, providing coordination and communication across teams to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in Project and/or Process Management Experience in Service Delivery/Outsourcing environment for at least 3 years.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Experience in analytical tools: PowerBI, Excel, PowerPivot etc.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
