With JBT Marel’s continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Poland.
In this role, you will be the key customer representative and primary point of contact for customer enquiries and requests. Your main responsibility is to provide best-in-class customer service from the initial contact through to the successful fulfillment of the customer’s request. You will achieve this by actively engaging with customers and proactively communicating throughout their journey.

Additionally, you will be responsible for processing new orders and following up on existing orders and quotes. You will also manage requests and inquiries related to spare parts orders and quotes, including delivery status, return requests, and pricing.
