Customer Order Specialist with SpanishJob Description
You will be responsible for creating offers and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio, you can find our well-known products, including cardio monitors, ultrasound systems, defibrillators, and diagnostic imaging equipment. Daily, you will have a chance to be a crucial part of the Supply Chain process at Philips.
Your role:
- Become the orchestrator of customer orders, where your attention to detail transforms systems, options, and upgrades into perfectly booked masterpieces.
- Partner proactively with account managers, project managers, product managers, and various stakeholders to ensure each case is harmoniously prepared for its journey through the supply chain.
- Guarantee that every component of customer orders is accurately listed, leaving no piece out of place and ensuring smooth executions.
- Craft clear, customer-centric communications within the team, making sure everyone is on the same wavelength—and the customers feel valued and understood.
- Dive into the dynamic world of SAP, Salesforce and LEAN methodology.

You're the right fit if:
- Previous experience in Order Management/ Sales in an international environment
- Knowledge of logistics / supply chain will be a strong asset
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
