Customer Order Specialist (ULS CEE)Job Description
As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)
Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order
Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
You're the right fit if:
You have experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics or Customer Service,
You are proficient English languages (C1),
You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results,
You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail,
You have knowledge of SAP or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
