Your responsibilities:

  • Support of the AR and Credit Control Team
  • Bank statements posting
  • Issuing credit notes for bonuses, A&P invoices, or other customer charges
  • Customer settlements, balance reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies on customer’s account
  • Contact with clients regarding the debt or balance differences
  • Participation in the analysis and monitoring of account receivables
  • Analysis of aging reports and other related to AR and credit control

Our requirements

  • Student over 3 grade - preferred economic universities / finance profile
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (functions, pivot tables)
  • Advance or native in Hungarian and/ or Romanian language
  • Min. Intermediate English
  • Polish language is not required
  • SAP active user of FI module will be an asset
  • Willingness to develop in the structures of the financial department
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
