Your responsibilities:
- Support of the AR and Credit Control Team
- Bank statements posting
- Issuing credit notes for bonuses, A&P invoices, or other customer charges
- Customer settlements, balance reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies on customer’s account
- Contact with clients regarding the debt or balance differences
- Participation in the analysis and monitoring of account receivables
- Analysis of aging reports and other related to AR and credit control
Our requirements
- Student over 3 grade - preferred economic universities / finance profile
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (functions, pivot tables)
- Advance or native in Hungarian and/ or Romanian language
- Min. Intermediate English
- Polish language is not required
- SAP active user of FI module will be an asset
- Willingness to develop in the structures of the financial department
- Strong interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
