What will you do:
- Analyse the market, look for the pains and motivations of the target audience, monitor competitors to identify areas and solutions worth testing in time.
- Based on the previous research, generate hypotheses for advertising campaigns (with a video focus) so that each creative is tested against a specific hypothesis.
- Create briefs and tasks for designers, as well as requests for the team working with influencers.
- Analyse the results of creatives by key metrics and use insights from them to strengthen future ideas.
- Work closely with the Design Production and User Acquisition teams to turn the creative testing process into a team effort.
What do you need to join us:
- Have 1+ year of experience in performance marketing (e.g., SMM, Creative Marketing Specialist, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Content Creator).
- Love to create, are well-organized, and generate bold ideas.
- Have copywriting skills and can turn ideas into catchy messaging.
- Understand digital marketing and believe in the power of creativity + analytics.
- Have English level B2 or higher.
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

Working schedule
