For Linklaters in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Creative & Marketing Senior Manager role.
About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders, lawyers, and partners globally.
BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing, business development, data, and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics, creative design, and event coordination.

You will be responsible for
Team leadership:
Leading, and inspiring a team of creative, marketing, and events professionals. Your team consists of 15+ Specialists and Coordinators structured under Team Leads.
Representing BDM LGS Creative and Marketing team at senior management level in BDM LGS management team and other forums.
Setting clear goals and professional development plans, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Managing resource allocation, prioritising competing projects and ensuring timely delivery in line with budgets and business priorities.
Establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving production processes and workflows, ensuring efficient and consistent project delivery across all channels while ensuring deliverables are consistent with Linklaters’ brand, tone, and quality expectations.
Analysing and reporting on campaign and project performance, using key metrics to optimise future activity and demonstrate return on investment.
Strategy, organizational development, and stakeholder management:
Leading the organization development of the overall marketing and creative capability in Linklaters Global Solutions.
Developing the skills and capabilities of the team, and driving innovation by e.g. identifying and implementing new tools, automation and technology to enhance efficiency, and creativity.
Working closely with the Head of BDM LGS, the regional Heads of Marketing and other key stakeholders to understand business needs, present creative and marketing solutions, and incorporate feedback.
Working with the regional Heads of Marketing in the budget planning process, ensuring cost-effective use of resources across creative and marketing projects.
Using market research, audience insights, and data analytics to inform strategy, segment audiences, and develop targeted campaigns.
Shaping and communicating the team's vision and strategy, objectives and targets, ensuring alignment with the firm’s commercial and brand objectives.
Sharing best practice and learning with the BDM community and wider business.

Have substantial experience leading diverse creative and marketing teams, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment.
Are a strategic thinker with a passion for organizational and capability development, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrate commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, sharing best practices across teams.
Are able to manage budgets and streamline processes for effective delivery.
Have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
Have experience in delivering end-to-end campaigns, events, and marketing projects to exacting standards and fixed deadlines.
Are familiar with content management, digital marketing, and events delivery.
Are skilled in resource management and complex project management, including production processes.
Possess strong knowledge of branding principles with experience maintaining brand consistency across various assets.
Have strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate campaign metrics and optimize performance.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing (C1 or C2 level).
