WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A team member with minimum 2-years’ experience with application management area in a multi-national environment, preferably in Source to Pay area
- A team player, eager to learn new skills and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- An action-oriented problem solver with analytical skills and proactive approach
- A candidate with strong communication skills and solid customer focus, not afraid of interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and organization levels
- An agile person with continuous improvement mindset, open for new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- A candidate able to work independently and set priorities, delivering results within agreed timeframe
- Coupa, SAP or other ERP systems functional knowledge or Coupa certifications would be an asset
- A candidate fluent in English both written and spoken
- A person with very good command of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- A person familiarized with Agile methodologies and tools like Service-Now and Jira

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Join the unique, global team who translates the business needs into system configurations to be implemented by IT admins
- Work in a diverse environment with team colleagues located in Krakow, Surabaya & Buenos Aires
- Closely and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Process and Product Owner, IT Team, other P2P streams) and the Coupa system provider
- Become a contact point supporting Coupa users in their system related queries, resolving the requests raised
- Enhance your IT knowledge by analyzing the root causes of integration issues and proposing the solutions
- Contribute into system governance by executing controlling reports and system access granting
- Support system development & optimization by managing new releases, assessing enhancements, and testing the system changes
- Analyze and present data to support business insights & decision making
- Act as SME in the satellite projects & initiatives where Coupa advisory needed
