The Opportunity
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and investigations from Card Scheme Networks and other Payment Schemes, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Analyse merchant activity across Worldline portfolios to identify risks and unusual patterns
- Collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams to improve our onboarding and monitoring frameworks
- Support partners and merchants during Account Data Compromise (ADC) events
- Participate in audits and FMP reviews from Schemes — track action items and follow-ups
- Help prepare documentation for third-party or external audit requests
- Assist with the registration of key merchants and partners with Schemes
- Monitor changes to Scheme rules and translate them into internal training and guidance
- Support engagement with partners, key merchants, and sales teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to 2nd Line Risk when needed Contribute to a strong, supportive team culture and share knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- A strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related area
- Prior experience in risk, compliance, or operations — preferably in the payments or fintech industry
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Familiarity with Card Scheme or Payment Scheme rules is a big plus — but not a must . If you’re eager to learn and grow in this area, we’ll support you Comfortable working across teams and time zones in a fast-paced, international environment
