Your mission
- Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance program for the Eastern-EU plant, aligned with EU laws, local regulations, and company policies
- Monitor plant operations to ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, safety, and corporate governance requirements
- Identify compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with legal, quality, safety, and operations teams to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
- Serve as the main contact point for regulatory authorities and manage audits, inspections, and reporting
- Conduct regular training and communication to promote a culture of compliance and integrity
- Track and interpret changes in legislation affecting operations and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures
- Investigate any compliance issues or breaches and drive resolution
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrialenvironment
- In-depth knowledge of EU regulations, as well as Hungarian labor, environmental, and operational laws
- Experience working in an international or cross-cultural business setting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- Must have legal working rights in EU
