YOUR MISSION

The way we manage our company is built on the belief that, by giving a WOW service to our partners, we will be able to change the on-demand delivery market. How are we doing this? By paying attention to small details. Glovo is a hyper-local marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 30 mins. In this role you will be part of the Commercial Team at Glovo, working closely with SMB & Ads Team Manager.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build and lead a high performing SMB Team
  • Recruit, train and motivate your Direct Reports
  • Set SMB Team strategy and ways of working, to reach ambitious company targets
  • Help your Direct Reports to reach their targets via providing tools, trainings, shadowings, and guidance
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues from Poland and other markets, and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3+ years of experience Sales, Business Development, Start-up or Consulting
  • People management skills (at least 1 years of experience)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Problem solver, look for the root-cause of the problem and go for it till make things happen
  • Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English
  • Proactive, organized, with high attention to detail
