At NielsenIQ, Client Business Partners are known as trusted partners to their clients and industry experts to their colleagues. In this role you will be nurturing relationships with large FMCG clients, holding the accountability for business planning and implementation. This will also involve contract negotiations with the aim of expanding cooperation to new services.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrable knowledge of the CPG and Retail industry, understanding how trade and business needs are changing
- Build and maintain a close business relationship with a group of assigned FMCG clients
- Identifying manufacturers business needs and finding the best fitting NielsenIQ solutions – cooperation with other internal departments
- Owning the business plan: financial target, proposal submission, revenue on hand, pipeline and tracking the financial performance of the clients
- Takes overall accountability for business planning and implementation. Tracks the financial performance of clients.
- Full understanding of NielsenIQ portfolio and interconnectedness of different solutions
- Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to build answers to clients’ business questions
- Close cooperation with the analytical team preparing recommendations and providing solutions to the client
- Being a NielsenIQ representative outside the company (client meetings, industry meetings, conferences)

You have a great interest in FMCG industry - whether you got your start in sales or consulting, analytics or consumer insights. Now you’re ready to break ground on what’s next.
Qualifications
- Consultative, sales-oriented profile able to work towards sales targets
- Experience in client-facing roles, including negotiations
- Being familiar with FMCG area and its trends: ideally, experience gained at FMCG or Retail company
- Ability to build enduring relationships with external clients, business networking and consulting skills
- Analytical & problem-solving skills developed at the level which allows to sell data-driven solutions
- Strong presentation skills, including good knowledge of PowerPoint
- Fluency in business English and Polish
