We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead accounting operations and financial control activities. This role combines the responsibilities of a Chief Accountant with strategic controlling tasks, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Your Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee all general ledger activities and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Controlling & Financial Analysis

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure financial alignment.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, and Operations to ensure financial integrity across processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Your qualification

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Polish GAAP.
• Experience in controlling or financial planning & analysis.
• Good command of English
• ACCA qualification or progress toward certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
