As a Business Controlling Expert, you will become a trusted Business Partner for our Commerce leaders, combining financial expertise with analytical skills to support strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to influence business performance, drive improvements, and work closely with senior management on impactful projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Acting as a Business Partner for the Commerce department, providing financial and analytical support in key decision-making processes.
- Participating in the creation of strategic plans, annual budgets, and forecasts, and analyzing business performance against targets.
- Monitoring and calculating KPIs, identifying variances and root causes, and recommending solutions to improve results.
- Preparing profitability analyses for projects and investments, and evaluating initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Actively supporting monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes in cooperation with accounting and Group finance teams (management reporting, provisions, result verification).
This is the right job for you if:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial/business analysis or controlling, ideally in large, dynamic organizations or business advisory/audit firms.
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, SAP, SQL, Tableau, or Data Studio (or readiness to learn quickly).
- The ability to explain financial data clearly and translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- ACCA or CIMA qualifications (a strong advantage).
- Strong English communication skills (B2/C1).
