Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement data solutions
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Perform profitability analysis on merchant, segment, market levels
- Build pricing models
- Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics
Skills and Experience we desire
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Financial Analyst role or similar role where you have been using data to drive business insights and decision-making
- Native or fluent Polish language or advanced English language
- General business knowledge on dynamics of merchant acquiring is highly preferred to support our acquiring business
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools and MS Office Suit
- Strong proficiency with SQL and database management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and ability to disseminate significant amounts of information
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
