About the Role:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with internal teams, help maintain clean and consistent data across systems, and support process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll contribute to documenting business processes, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that data supports the day-to-day delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in multiple internal systems.
- Support documentation of business requirements and operational processes.
- Perform regular checks on data quality and quantity.
- Assist in solving operational and system-related issues.
- Act as a contact point for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams on various operational initiatives.
About You:
- Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in business operations, data management, or related areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with general guidance.
