ABOUT THE JOB

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
We want you to be a part of our team, from Warsaw, Poland, as a Business Analyst.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Business process improvement and redesign.
- Use of modelling tools (e.g. Sparx EA, ARIS Architect).
- Preparation of analytical/project documentation.
- Cost-benefit and “what-if” analyses.
- Implementation of performance monitoring systems.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Experience: At least 8 years in IT with 5 years in similar BA roles.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in BPMN, UML, Lean/Six Sigma.
- Proficiency with modelling and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with BABOK framework is an asset.
Certifications: At least two among:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- UML Professional (foundation level) / BPMN fundamentals
- Other equivalent BA certifications
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level).
