Job Description: Banking Services Specialist with English (German nice to have)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic person to join our Banking Services team. As a Specialist for Banking Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-quality support and solutions to the Bank customers.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively on the phone with English-speaking customers to understand and address their banking needs.
Provide assistance with account opening, closing, inquiries, transactions, product information, and related inquiries.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests, including transfers, payments, and account updates.
Educate customers about available banking services, products, and digital platforms.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure security and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Communicative German will be an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach
Ability to handle complex customer interactions and problem-solving.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience in BPO/corporate environment is an asset
