You will participate and lead both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goal. As a Product Manager in our Infrastructure Enablement group, you will own the product lifecycle for internal platforms and tools that support engineering teams in building scalable, efficient software. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and identify the highest-impact opportunities. Through strong data analysis, clear prioritization, and exceptional communication, you’ll shape the roadmap, define product strategy, and deliver solutions that make cloud transformation seamless
Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Meet with users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints and anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems.
Facilitate communication across internal teams, explain the value of new initiatives and drive conflict resolution across product development teams.
Conduct user and competitive research for products, report on key product metrics, and analyze and interpret data.
Divide large projects into iterative releases, test new features to ensure release equality, and prioritize the resolution of defects.
Maintain thorough understanding of products and present complex technological concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
Organize and engage in usability testing to define detailed interaction flows.
Collaborates with the product manager, engineering managers, and tech leads to defining scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
Advocates for pragmatic, platform-oriented product development focused on reusability and enabling scalable solutions across the organization.
Cultivate a strong developer community by continuously engaging with engineers, surfacing inner-sourced ideas, and turning their feedback into meaningful improvements that enhance the developer experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Comfortable with data analysis to monitor product health, set goals, validate assumptions, and track success.
Technical acumen to understand core infrastructure and cloud migration challenges, as well as the ability to make informed trade-offs with the team.
Strong interest in solving complex problems and optimizing systems for scalability and efficiency.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams to validate solutions and drive features from inception to delivery.
Ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic focus on long-term objectives and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and influence at all levels.
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in building custom software and cloud-based solutions.
Proven track record of collaborating with and guiding engineering teams, including experience in driving DevOps, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
152 000 and 228 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
