We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Apply expertise and judgement in providing quality client service and support to internal and external clients daily, including problem resolution, transaction processing, reconciliations, updates to client accounts, phone and email queries.
- Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including independent analysis and policy interpretation, and manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executing all correspondent requisites accurately and timely, with a clear understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
- Maintain correspondent accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
- Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
- Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issues. Process account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
- Follow established procedures, answer inquiries, and resolve problems or issues.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills
- Ability to withstand work pressure and deliver with speed and accuracy
- Strong PC skills (including Microsoft® Word, Excel, etc.)
- Flexibility towards tasks assigned, job timing and scope of responsibility.
- Experience in written client communication is preferable
- Previous experience in Financial Services preferred
