Boeing Poland is seeking a AP Analyst to join our growing team in Gdańsk, Poland.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure proper coding, approval, and documentation of invoices in accordance with company policy- . Review & approve payments in line with vendor terms and internal timelines
- . Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report and monitor outstanding payable
- s Assist in fulfilling audit requests and compiling internal control documentation
- . Support month-end close activities by reconciling Accounts Payable subledger
- s Act as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors
- . Collaborate with auditors and external partners when required
- . Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices or credit
- s Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors through timely and professional communicatio
- n Recommend improvements to AP processes and assist with documentation and implementatio

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting/finance rol- e Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fiel
- d Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accurac
- y Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
- ) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, pivot tables, v-lookup
- ) Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP workflow
- s Strong written and verbal communication skill
- s Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a technology, aviation, or manufacturing environmen- t Familiarity with automated invoice processing and expense reporting system
- s Exposure to multi-entity or international AP processe
- s Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control concept

Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Poland.
