Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFSBoeing Poland is seeking a AP Analyst to join our growing team in Gdańsk, Poland.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper coding, approval, and documentation of invoices in accordance with company policy.
- Review & approve payments in line with vendor terms and internal timelines.
- Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report and monitor outstanding payables
- Assist in fulfilling audit requests and compiling internal control documentation.
- Support month-end close activities by reconciling Accounts Payable subledgers
- Act as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with auditors and external partners when required.
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices or credits
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors through timely and professional communication
- Recommend improvements to AP processes and assist with documentation and implementation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting/finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, pivot tables, v-lookup)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in a technology, aviation, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with automated invoice processing and expense reporting systems
- Exposure to multi-entity or international AP processes
- Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control concepts
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Poland.
