Duties
- Coordinate the flow of urgent spare part needs from Aftermarket and Commissioning teams
- Make purchasing decisions based on urgency, availability, and technical understanding — including whether to source locally, from stock, or initiate internal production
- Create and confirm orders with suppliers and service providers
- Organize and oversee same-day or next-day shipping processes in close cooperation with warehouse and logistics teams, including preparation of commercial documents and VAT reporting
- Act as a point of contact between the Supply Chain and field-facing teams, ensuring clear communication and proactive follow-up
- Coordinate the flow of urgent spare part needs from Aftermarket and Commissioning teams via Jira or other internal systems.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Experience or background in logistics and/or supply chain
- Category B driving license
- Solid understanding of industrial components
- Proficient in ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to make fast, informed decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Flexibility — while the role is based on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to address urgent operational needs, in line with applicable labor law
