We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Identify potential affiliates and establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Manage and nurture existing affiliate partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Provide timely and effective support to affiliates through various communication channels.
- Address affiliate inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all affiliates.
- Prepare regular performance reports to track affiliate activities and program success.
- Identify trends, analyse data and provide recommendations for program improvements.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the iGaming/gambling industry and a good grasp of affiliate marketing principles.
- Solid understanding of key affiliate metrics.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to conduct basic performance analysis.
- Basic proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
