We are looking for a Affiliate/Conversion Manager to join our team.
Job Description
- Manage affiliate programs: establish and maintain relationships, monitor conditions and payments;
- Searching for and connecting new affiliate programs and offers for relevant geos and traffic types;
- Track and analyze offer performance (EPC, CR, key metrics);
- Set up and optimize tracking systems (Postback, SubID);
- Conduct A/B tests: compare landing pages, creatives, and offer conditions;
- Optimize the user journey and improve conversion rates;
- Segment and select relevant offers based on geo and traffic sources;
- Track revenue and control accruals, compare with analytics;
- Ensure timely payments and compliance with conditions;
- Prepare reports on revenue, offer performance, and test results.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in iGaming or related verticals (gambling, betting, adult, nutra);
- Understanding of the principles of affiliate programs, CPA, CPL, RevShare models, and hybrids;
- Experience working with tracking systems (e.g., Keitaro);
- Ability to track and analyze revenue, work with financial reports related to partnerships;
- Analytical skills: Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, understanding of metrics and funnels;
- B2 level of English and above (written and spoken communication with partners);
- Responsibility, organizational skills, ability to independently establish processes.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO traffic;
- Knowledge of geo and market specifics: UA/EU, LATAM;
- Basic understanding of usability and CRO (conversion rate optimization);
- Skills in conducting and interpreting A/B tests;
- Experience managing databases or working with BI systems (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase).
