WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Awareness in technology and eagerness to work with various systems and Excel
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
- Responsibility, flexibility, customer oriented attitude
- Knowledge of SAP and Vendor Master Data maintenance would be an asset
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions
- Innovative and "can do" approach
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
- Be a part of a dynamic Global Team, working from 3 continents, in a branch located in Kraków office
- Assure highest standards in Vendor Master Data maintenance process
- Process Vendor related requests securing PMI standards and policies
- Verify information in the system versus documentation
- Resolve issues related to data correctness/completeness
- Maintain Vendor Master Data using most modern tools
- Take part in new processes roll outs, support international markets
- Interact with stakeholders from entire world
