The role & the team:
You will join a two-person team responsible for conducting product research, both qualitative and quantitative, thereby supporting the business decisions of Product Managers. The team is responsible for the entire research process – from gathering needs, through research preparation and execution, to analysis, development, and presentation of results. You will regularly collaborate with Product Managers, analysts, and the UX team.
What will you do:
- Identify research needs by recognizing problem areas, business goals, and hypotheses, with a particular focus on questions requiring a deep understanding of the user.
- Plan and design research by selecting the most effective research methods and techniques (with a strong emphasis on qualitative methods), defining target groups, and creating detailed research scenarios and tools.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research by independently carrying out in-depth interviews (IDIs), usability tests, focus groups, and other qualitative methods, as well as coordinating quantitative research. You’ll also be responsible for the entire respondent recruitment process, ensuring they are properly matched to the research criteria.
- Analyze and interpret data by processing and synthesizing collected information, with a specific focus on qualitative analysis, and drawing reliable conclusions and uncovering hidden insights.
- Report and recommend by visualizing research results in an accessible manner and presenting concrete conclusions and practical recommendations that genuinely impact product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally by representing the customer and user perspective within product teams, actively working with Analysts, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to collaboratively design data-driven solutions.
Required skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and conducting product research, with a strong emphasis on qualitative methods.

Language:
- Polish (fluent in both spoken and written) – essential for conducting interviews.
- English (minimum B1 level).

Tool Pro & Methodologies:
- Proficient knowledge and practical experience in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and techniques in product research.
- Familiarity with and ability to apply key product research metrics.
- Knowledge of research tools and those supporting research automation.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Soft Skills:
- Exceptional active listening skills, the ability to ask insightful, probing questions, and in-depth analysis of responses to get to the core of user needs.
- High empathy and a deep understanding of the customer/user’s perspective and their use context.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively, and to present findings effectively.
- Proactivity in sharing knowledge and effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
- Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous personal development.
- Creativity, innovativeness, and self-reliance in executing research tasks.
