Job Description
This position is for a new IP, in addition to Dying Light and the fantasy game.
Your daily tasks:
- Design and implementation of gameplay mechanics in Techland's newest games
- Develop and Implement AI Systems: Design, program, and refine AI behaviors and systems using Unreal Engine 5, including the creation of Behavior Trees, AI Controllers, and custom logic in C++ and Blueprints.
- Development of an already existing code base.
- Creating systems and tools for other people on the team.
- Co–operation with artists and designers.
- Code optimization and debugging.
Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5. Proven experience in developing games. Familiarity with its tools, workflows, and Blueprints.
- Very good knowledge of C++.
- Very good knowledge of Blueprints.
- Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining AI systems and animation systems, including Behavior Trees, AI Controllers, Navigation Meshes and Animation Blueprints.
- Experience with optimizing game performance and debugging.
- Understanding of vectors, matrices, and physics simulations.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Cross-platform experience.
- Authentic passion for games as well as knowledge of the latest titles and trends, especially in FPP games.
- Understanding of rules and problems connected with playability in FPP games.
- Very good organization and time management skills.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
Nice to have:
- Computer science education.

- Experience in multiplayer programming.
