More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as our new Credit and Collection specialist for Turkey. The role is part of the finance function, specifically within the credit and collections team, also known as order to cash or accounts receivable. You will be responsible for managing the entire process from order intake to collections, including credit assessment, invoicing, and dispute resolution .
What you’ll do
In charge of Turkey & CCA customers on collection
Strategizing on the reduction of the overdue month on month to achieve the organization's objective
Handling collections and resolving disputes with customers
Implementing and following the organization's credit policy
Working with the business to find financial solutions that benefit both the company and the customer
Interacting with both internal stakeholders (e.g., business sales teams) and external stakeholders (e.g., end customers, distributors)
More about you

Experience in accounts receivable of credit and collections ( 7-9 years preferred)
Knowledge of credit policies and financial solutions
Ability to handle stakeholder management and maintain effective communication
Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English
