Position: Senior KYC Solution Designer – Group Transformation Programme
Key Responsibilities:
Join a large transformation programme delivering the Group KYC Tool, a cross-enterprise solution for Nordea
Collaborate within a design team to define processes, rules, solution options, and drive targeted business outcomes
Lead capability design activities through prototyping and applied domain knowledge
Support requirements teams by providing solution context and guiding them to produce strong, development-ready specifications
Engage with stakeholders to plan and guide capability design with clear context and structured approaches
Work closely with the Design Function Lead and fellow designers to ensure consistency and efficiency in solutioning
Formulate pragmatic design options to meet delivery goals within tight project timelines
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the AML and KYC domain
Deep knowledge of financial crime regulations, organizational risk strategies, and ability to craft effective Risk-Based Approaches (RBA)
Proven experience in leading design teams or managing KYC-related design projects, including controls and solution architecture
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to gain buy-in and align decisions
Demonstrated ability to drive project delivery, manage progress, handle risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
Solid understanding of the solution development lifecycle from concept to implementation
Highly organized, with a passion for delivering business value from end to end
Strong leadership and initiative, with a "get things done" mindset
Embraces design thinking principles and has the ability to deliver innovative, practical solutions
