Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
- Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
- Performs product validation testing for software and hardware
- Utilizes continuous improvement tools and methodologies to implement process and equipment improvements that will reduce cycle time, process variation, defects, test times, and costs
- Participates in defining test objectives, strategies, and standards in order to minimize test escapes, reduce cost and maximize yields
- Mass production maintenance
- Leads the team to complete the customer's product and process control requirement & customer audit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering / electronic engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering field
- Experience with ICT (w/ FEASA, or Flashing) and FCT, also On-board Flash
- Experience with EOL tests (Electronic & Photometric) and Leakage test.
- Experience with Lighting Pattern Test will be an advantage
- Experience with different product test strategy
- Familiar with FMEA, MSA, DFx, well know of TS16949 standard requirement will be an advantage
- Basic understanding with testing programming with one of languages VB.net, C# and Labview, be able to read and modify test program based on test specification
- Familiar with test instruments, power supply, DAQ, DMM and E-Load
- Knowledge of CAN and LIN protocol would be better
- Knowledge of TRI and SPEA ICT testing, basic knowledge of ICT testing principle
- Following the knowledge of IATF16949,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirements
- Familiar with office suite
- Good English skills
- Ability to working in onsite
- Would be a good planner, good listener, good communicator, trusted leader and well organized
