A Day in the Life

Join our Tender Team and gain firsthand experience in the world of tender management! In this role, you'll actively support the preparation of tender offers, engage in every stage of the tender lifecycle, and handle essential documentation and samples.

Internship details:

• Start date: September/October

• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)

• Working hours: 30-40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)

• Working model: hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

• Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Entering data into systems

• Dispatching incoming correspondence

• Various minor administrative work

• Updating tender database and all necessary information

• Completing other administrative tasks assigned by Supervisor

Required Knowledge:

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in higher education (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)

• An excellent command of Polish language, both spoken and written, is essential

• At least upper-intermediate (B2) level of English language

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize

• Commitment and self-motivation, ability to work independently

• Strong work ethics, accuracy and attention to details

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Would be a plus:

• Studying Business, Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Law or Pharmacy

• Problem solving skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Eager to learn & develop
